Peptidole®Soy peptide powder is made from soybean (Glycine max). Soy peptide powder is made from non-GMO soybean isolate protein. The protein undergoes degreasing and impurity removal to ensure the purity of the raw material. Then, soybean protease is used for targeted hydrolysis. The reaction temperature and pH value are controlled to generate peptides of the desired molecular weight. Ultrafiltration membranes then separate the large molecule residue, retaining the active oligopeptides. Centrifugation and spray drying are then used to make the powder, which maintains the stability of the peptide chain and avoids denaturation at high temperatures.Ion-exchange chromatography removes bitter peptides and enhances the product's palatability.
